Consent to receive text messages is collected by the business you interact with— the clinic, spa, salon, or service provider using Velura — at the time you book or provide your mobile number, or through that business's own Velura-generated SMS consent page. Velura does not text you except on behalf of a business you have engaged, and only where that business has recorded your consent.

Messages are operational, not marketing: appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling updates, cancellation notices, and customer-care replies from the business contacting you. Businesses using Velura may not send marketing, promotions, discounts, newsletters, or cold outreach through the platform.

Messages should identify the business contacting you (your clinic, spa, salon, or service provider) so you know who the message is from. A business's own SMS program terms are published on a business-specific page generated by Velura.

Message frequency may vary based on your appointments and interactions with the business. Message and data rates may apply— the business does not charge for these messages, but your mobile carrier's standard rates may apply.

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages from a business. Reply HELPto get help and the business's contact information. You can opt back in later by giving the business your consent again.

Mobile opt-in information and SMS consent are not shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy, and platform messaging is governed by the SMS Terms. Consent to receive text messages is never required to book or receive services.
